The 2.99% APR intro rate is based on loan-to-value-ratio. 1st HELOCs with a loan-to-value of > 90% will receive a 4.99% APR intro rate. 2nd HELOCs with a loan-to-value of > 80% will receive a 4.99% APR intro rate. APR promotional rate expires 6 months from HELOC opening. Any remaining unpaid balance will revert to earned APR after 6 months. Intro rate subject to change at any time. Closing costs are paid by Mutual if the loan stays open at least 24 months. If balance is paid off and loan is closed within 24 months, member must repay closing costs.
