Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is comprised of 15 elected volunteers. They are tasked with the purposeful guidance and general management of our affairs, funds, and records. They ensure our mission stays rooted in the truth of who we are while adapting to help you achieve your dreams.
Jerry Dean
Jerry Dean, CCUB, CCUSC, NCVE, has lived in Vicksburg and been a Mutual Credit Union member since 1978.

Matt Hendrix
Matt Hendrix is a Vicksburg native who has been a Mutual Credit Union member since 2005.
Rick Vessell
Rick Vessell is a lifelong resident of Vicksburg and has been serving as a Mutual Credit Union volunteer since 2015.
Joe Tom
Joe Tom was born and raised in Vicksburg, and has been a member of Mutual Credit Union since 1977.
Leonard Murrell
Leonard Murrell has been a member of Mutual Federal Credit Union for over 40 years and has over 25 years of experience as a member of the Board of Directors.
Tonya Acuff
Tonya Leigh Acuff is a lifelong resident of Vicksburg and proudly serves Mutual Credit Union members as a director elected in 2016.
Billy Bridges
Billy C. Bridges has volunteered as a board member, Trustee, Vice Chairman, and Mutual Credit Union Board Chairman for over 40 years.
Donna Hardy
Donna Farris Hardy, a Vicksburg native, has been a Mutual Credit Union member for approximately 50 years.

Jeb Tingle is a Vicksburg native who has been a Mutual Federal Credit Union member for over 35 years, and has served on Mutual’s Board of Directors since 2009.

Supervisory Committee
Elected to three year terms, this three-volunteer committee provides an extra layer of resilience. They are responsible for auditing the heartbeat of our institution, including receipts, disbursements, and assets, to ensure a stable foundation for what’s ahead.

Charles A. McKinnie has been a member of Mutual Credit Union since 1980 and has 28 years of experience as a Mutual volunteer.
