How to Get Started with Mutual's Digital Banking

Existing MSFCU Users of Digital Banking

You can log in to online banking on your desktop from mutualcu.org or via our mobile app. Your username and password will still be the same, but you will be required to verify yourself and reset your password. 

The following steps will show you how to login and reset your password: 

  1. Enter your current online banking username and password in the login area and click “Log In.” 
  2. You will be asked to secure your account. Click “Create new password.”
    If you are an individual or a business, click “Reset my password.” If you are a business sub user, click “Reset my business sub user password.”
  3. Verify your identity by entering your online banking username, your SSN or TIN, and your zip code. Click “Continue.”
  4. Choose a password reset method (text, email, or voice call) to get a one-time code needed to log into your account. Enter the code you receive.
  5. Create your new password. It must be at least 8 characters in length, contain at least one uppercase letter, and at least one special character.
  6. Confirm your contact information to complete the registration process. Click “Continue.”
    Read the terms and conditions of the online and mobile banking agreement, and check if you agree. Click “Continue.
  7. View your accounts to begin using the new digital banking system.

It’s that simple! You are now ready to use our new system.

Bill Pay Upgrade Information

If you currently use Bill Pay, there is some key information you should know:

Bill Pay will be unavailable from Friday, October 31st through Monday, November 3rd

During this time period, payments cannot be viewed or scheduled via Bill Pay. 

Previously scheduled payments will not be affected
Any payments scheduled prior to 10/31 will be processed normally. Any payments scheduled to be paid during the blackout period will process on 11/3.

New payments or modifications to existing payments will be unavailable
Adding new payments or modifications to existing scheduled payments will need to take place prior to October 31st. Additions and changes to payments cannot be made during the blackout period.

Existing payees and future scheduled payments will transfer to the new system*
Once we have completed the upgrade and the blackout period concludes, existing payees and scheduled payments will remain unaffected. 

*You may have to verify on-hold payees to make sure all the data is correct/complete in the Mutual system

eBills and Auto Subscriptions will NOT transfer to the new system
Please be prepared to set these back up again.

Will my account number change? No! It will remain the same.

Will my direct deposit be affected? It will not be affected. It will carry over and begin to be deposited at Mutual.

Will my ACH payments be affected? Your ACH payments will process as usual.

Will my Bill Pay payments carry over? Yes, they will. However, you may be required to go in and verify the on-hold payees in the Mutual system first.

Will my eBills/Auto Subscriptions convert? These will NOT convert over. Please be prepared to set these up again.

What is Mutual's routing number? 265378166

Will I be able to use my MSFCU debit card the weekend of November 1st? Yes, you will be able to use your card. You may then activate your new Mutual debit card starting 11/3 at 5:45 AM.

Can I now use any Mutual or former MSFCU branch? Yes! We are now officially one credit union under the Mutual name. We have locations in Clinton (open to DOR employees), Columbus, Grenada (open M & F), Jackson, Oxford, Raymond, Ridgeland, Vicksburg and Yazoo City.
